I sincerely believe that most people would rather sit back and let others speak. We would rather sit back, and hope that perhaps the media will stumble upon what it is we really believe. That somehow they are all hooked up to this exceptional and , of course, UN-biased machine that tells them exactly what it truly is that we are thinking. However the only machine that most are hooked up to is the one that keeps the bank accounts open. Not that I am bashing capitalism,I am not. All I am saying, is that we tend to put too much fervor in that belief .That somehow because of the amendment that gives us freedom of speech, we are all guaranteed that everything that any one agent of the news reports on behalf of the American public is true. Now please do not light up those torches yet! While the media is not always 100% unbiased, they do provide us with this great platform of public opinion. As most carbon based lifeforms on this planet know there is a heated presidential primary taking place. One that since the Iowa primary for the democratic party , is now providing us with the UN-spoken, yet still underlying definition of race. It is truly not only unfortunate but saddening that in the twenty-first century that we are just now beginning to address this. While Bill Clinton likes to call himself the first black president, we all know in our hearts that alas, he is but our first metaphoric attempt of convincing other than the white race in this country that we have somehow transformed into some political Shangrala. However we are now faced with the difficult decision of how to deal with the real reality, someone other than a Caucasian wants to run for the office of the presidency, and he really is black. He is not only black, but by every definition of qualified, he is the real thing! He is also winning the presidential primary in every way, well apparently not . We have apparently found yet another potentially devastating flaw can he get all white people to vote him. Yes because he only lost by less than 10 points( he was over 20 in the hole) in Pennsylvania he cannot win the presidency, end of story! Even though he has won in predominately white states all across this country( Iowa, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado,Washington, ect.) somehow we should strip him of all this, and I think we all know why,BECAUSE HE JUST MIGHT WIN!
